For the past 10 years, Ms. Press has held her current position, in which she aids clients in work-force and organizational planning. Her speciality is in solving staffing challenges, particularly in technical organizations. Ms. Press is the author of the article, "Process of Leadership Development," which was published this summer in the Public Sector Digest. She lends her career accomplishments to taking calculated risks. She became involved in her profession after gaining extensive experience recruiting and building teams of scientists and technologists.

Ms. Press received a Bachelor of Arts in geography from Carleton University in 1981. She is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and earned a Certificate in Strategic Human Resources.
