Sandra Sunquist Stanton Honored for Excellence at Connections of the Heart LLC

EAU CLAIRE, WI, May 06, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Sandra Sunquist Stanton, Counselor, Consultant and Author with Connections of the Heart LLC, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of her career.

Since the age of 14, Sandra Sunquist Stanton has been fascinated with the brain. A writer since her teen years, her BS from UW-Eau Claire equipped her to help young people communicate as an English and Psychology teacher. She earned her master's degree in guidance counseling University of Wisconsin-Stout in 1981, and a K-12 principal certification in 1991. Today, she lends her expertise and thirty years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor to her current work as Public Speaker, Consultant and Author for Connections of the Heart LLC teaching Brain Coaching: "Tapping Body and Spirit to Max the Mind."

Ms. Stanton challenges you to ask the question "How does the brain take in, store, and make meaning of all the things going on around us?" Each of us is wired to learn in a specific way. Through publications and seminars, Connections of the Heart LLC teaches its clients how to utilize their own brains and hearts to improve their lives and build more satisfying relationships. Presentations include topics such as gender-friendly classrooms, the movement-learning connection, brain coaching, building the baby brain, substance abuse and its effect on teenager brains and memory revival. At the helm of the organization, Ms. Stanton conducts developmental research, teaches courses on brain functions and presents seminars, as well as renders counseling services.

A proud member of the American School Counselor Association, Ms. Stanton credits her professional success to her religious beliefs. In 2005, she served as a counselor in China for a span of two months. She has written and submitted three books to publishers for publication and is an avid supporter of the Brain Research Awareness Integration-B.R.A.I.N.
