Drawing on 25 years of expertise in paralegal services, Janet McDaniel lends her talents to Fletcher Law Offices, P.C. in Midland, Texas. She now celebrates 13 years with Mr. Fletcher, having worked with him for 10 years at another firm. Her main focus is on civil litigation. Ms. McDaniel is responsible for a wide variety of tasks and spends much of her time reviewing documents, offering assistance at hearings and trials, and drafting pleadings and discovery documents. In recognition of outstanding contributions to her field, she was honored with the Paralegal of the Year Award in 2005 by the Paralegal Association/Permian Basin.

Ms. McDaniel holds an associate degree in paralegal studies, earned in 1993. She became a certified paralegal in 2000 through the National Association of Legal Assistants and earned a certification in civil litigation. Her professional affiliations include the Paralegal Studies Advisory Board of Midland College, the Midland County Bar Association, the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas, the Paralegal Association/Permian Basin, and the National Association of Legal Assistants.
