When Michel Martelly declared his candidacy for President of Haiti, many doubted that he would make it this far. As he was elected Haiti's 56th President, veteran politician and diplomat, Raymond Joseph provided a cautionary note to the president elect. Muscadin Jean-Yves Jason, the man that the New York Times declared, " The most effective public servant in Haiti" provided his advice to the president elect. This book is an amazing accomplishment, and great historical document that every Haitian and those who care about Haitian's culture and politics should possess.
