Robert P. Peterson Sr. Recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Management
Mr. Peterson was named an Expert in Steel Fabrication Management in February 2011

WHEELING, WV, August 12, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Robert P. Peterson Sr., Retired Manager for Severstal, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in management.

Throughout the 40 years Mr. Peterson worked in the manufacturing industry, he gained expertise in management and production. While working for a steel and mining company, he served as the superintendent of the slab yard and slitting operations at the severstal 80 hot mill; and acted as the superintendent of production control and a general turn foreman for the rolling mill. He also spread his knowledge through presenting seminars in art and skills management.

Mr. Peterson admits that it was his dedication and drive that made his 40-year career so successful. In 1984, he wrote a paper on descaling in water systems, which was published in Iron Age. A member of the National Business Management Association, he is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Art from West Liberty University. In the future years, he intends to continue enjoying his retirement and spending time with his grandchildren.
